Rated 2 out of 5 by from Delivery and quality Communication throughout this entire purchase was stressful. No one new what they were doing . Your delivery service was atrocious. The Sarah Mantel fireplace itself is working good but I was very disappointed in the fact that after unpackaged and put in place that when light hit front strip on mantel top it is all bubbly ... is not glued down flat as are the two ends !! Quality of workmanship is not acceptable that this got past quality control . Because of all of the stress this entire purchase caused me I cannot be bothered to go through sending this back etc with how stressful this purchase was . I have had Dimplex in the past and quality was impeccable. Not anymore !!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid We have redone our lower level as "Papa" can no longer do stairs. Toasty warm, attractive and excellent workmanship. Even the from drop compartment panel has 3 quality hinges, when 2 could have gotten by. Nice flame. Most important warm and quiet. Nice top mantle size for decor items. P.S. googled around and this was best priced for this unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything we wanted Very happy with our new fireplace but are not surprised . This is our second one . Finally retired our old one which was 20 or more urs old . Replaced the heater twice but use it everyday in winter. . That’s why dimplex was the o ly choice for us .
