Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good! It took me 6 hours to assemble but I had to do it on my own. Not complicated...just time consuming. I was impressed by how every piece had a part number sticker on it. It’s impossible to get the assembly wrong. Love the unit. Haven’t needed the space heater yet (just the lovely fake flames:)) so can’t comment on how well the space heater works but my previous Dimplex space heater which is now with a family member is 14 years old and still works like it did on Day 1. I trust this brand which is why I chose not to purchase comparable media units from Home Depot and Wayfair...there was no information on the fireplace unit which, to me, is so important. And the Dimplex product was significantly less expensive...bonus!!!
