Horrible interface
Dimplex heaters are top notch I have 8 throughout my home and zero issues. This interface along with their attempt at a smartphone app is complete garbage. On the app you'll have to log in every time, it crashes a lot and is pathetically basic. I have no idea why they can't revamp the connex system to be competitive with other systems. It makes dimplex look like they are operating in the 90s. As a stand alone multizone programmable thermostat there is a big setup process but it works as expected, no more impressive than other offerings.

Terrible WiFi implementation
Inconsistent WiFi at best. Be prepared to manually go to each heater to set the temperature or turn off otherwise your electric bill will soar!!! Don’t place anything in front of the baseboard heater even if a few extra inches from the it. The app is limited. Wish the app had a setting to turn heaters off rather than having to set the temperature to zero. The heaters don’t read the correct temperature of the location. I wish you could override the thermostat on each baseboard heater and just use a single thermostat on a wall somewhere central. Will eventually ditch the whole lot and buy a new system.

Wifi Feature Does not work
I have this installed at my cottage and the Dimplex Wifi app has not worked for at least a month. The support does not seem to be good and many people are reporting the same experience. I wish I had more
Positive stuff to say because the Heaters are good but they seem to struggle with Thermostats and WIFI APPS. I am stuck with it and just need to wait and hope they finally figure it out...

Worst WiFi product ever
I can’t believe, with all the horrible reviews received, and knowing that their app doesn’t work, Dimplex won’t fix or improve it. I have wasted several hours 1 trying to get this app to work, 2. waiting on hold to talk to a service rep, and 3. speaking with several service reps. While they are usually friendly, so far they have not been helpful at all, and deny there are any problems with this app and product. It’s complete garbage. I wish I had never wasted my money on it. I I really regret the time I have wasted on it.

Worst money ever spent
The Dimplex CONNEX has to be the worst system on the market I have wasted my money the app /Wi-Fi works occasionally the rest of the time you have heat coming on when you don’t want it or no heat when you do want it the thermostat does not work through the app at all it is garbage

Dimplex Doesn't Listen and Improve
The app has not changed in the two years I have owned this product. The app crashes all the time when you make any type of change to the schedules or really any change within the app. The app does not offer much functionality. For example you can't set the time of the physical thermostat.
Nothing I can find after all the negative feedback that Dimplex is listening and trying to improve their products.

Got it to sync with home network!
The pairing instructions are not very good. Once pairing is done it seems to work well.
Works only when the micro USB is plugged in. On wall installation does not look good with the cable.
