Do Not Sell List
Effective as of July 30, 2025
Glen Dimplex Americas (GDA) is committed to protecting the value of our brands and ensuring fair market conditions for all authorized resellers.
As part of our enforcement of the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy and our Authorized Reseller program, certain resellers may be placed on our Do Not Sell (DNS) List. Resellers on this list are not permitted to purchase Dimplex products directly or indirectly from GDA or its authorized distribution network unless written permission is granted.

Note: This list may be updated as additional violations are confirmed or resolved.
Reasons for inclusion
Resellers may be added to the DNS List for reasons including:
- Repeated or serious violations of the Dimplex MAP policy.
- Persistent non-compliance after warnings.
- Unauthorized online sales or use of unapproved marketplaces.
- Conduct that undermines brand value or customer trust.
Review / reinstatement
Resellers wishing to request a review must:
- Correct all outstanding violations.
- Submit the DNS / compliance form.
- Provide written confirmation of future compliance.
